Welcome to Savannah & Oliver. Here are answers to some of the questions we get asked most.
Orders
Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively within Canada.
How long does order processing take? Orders placed Monday through Saturday are processed within 24 hours. We don't process orders on Sundays — those begin processing the next business day. Some items are made to order; for those, processing takes a little longer, which will be noted on the product page.
Can I cancel my order? Contact us as soon as possible at info@savannaholiver.com. Once an order has already been processed, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
What currency are prices shown in? All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Is checkout secure? Yes — our website uses SSL encryption to protect your payment and personal information.
Shipping
How long does delivery take? Around 7–10 business days in total: processing within 24 hours, plus 6–9 business days in transit with Canada Post.
Is shipping free? Yes, on every order across Canada — no minimum required.
What if my package is lost or damaged? Contact us at info@savannaholiver.com as soon as possible, and we'll follow up with Canada Post to investigate.
Do you ship outside Canada? Not at the moment — we ship exclusively within Canada.
Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to return an item? 30 days from the day you receive your order.
What condition does my item need to be in? Unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return? Email us at info@savannaholiver.com before sending anything back — returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping? You do, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect — in that case, it's on us.
How long does a refund take? Once your return arrives and is inspected, approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need a little longer to show it.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it? We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order for what you'd like instead.
Can I return items bought on sale? No — items bought on sale or at a discounted price can't be returned. The same goes for intimates and gift cards.
