Returns and Refunds Policy
At Savannah & Oliver, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. We offer a 30-day return period — you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.
To request a return, contact us at info@savannaholiver.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. These items are always eligible for a return — even if purchased on sale — and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price cannot be returned, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Intimates and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued once we've received and inspected your returned item — not before. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display it in your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee receipt of returned items.
